* If the number of applications exceeds capacity, we will hold a lottery.
* Teenagers and children cannot join the events.
* Dolls you can bring to the event with you are limited to Super Dollfie® only.
* Customers with "One-day Visitors Pass (300 JPY / with tax)" can join the event. The pass is for overseas customers who are visiting Japan for short-time stay.
* Some services are not available for overseas customers who are visiting Japan for short-time stay. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
* Please note our staffs speak Japanese and English only. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

This pass is for overseas customers who are visiting Japan for short-time stay.
You can have a right to join VS / VIP members-limited event by applying and making a payment (300 JPY / with tax) for the pass in advance.
Valid only for the day of event.

How to Apply: Detailed information

●Fill in a special form and make an application.

●You can make an application with your friend. Up to two people can be included in one application.

  • * If the number of applications exceeds capacity, we will hold a lottery. The result of the lottery will be decided for each application (if you and your friend are in one application, you both will have the same result.)
  • * If you and your friend make an application together, you need to choose the same plan. You cannot choose different plan each other. If you choose different plans or the application is incomplete, there is a possibility that you and your friend's application will be accepted separately.
Payment
After your application is accepted, please pay the fee for One-day Visitors Pass and entrance fee for the event via PayPal in advance.
(Please mind you may not be selected.
Make sure you used a valid email address for the application so that you can receive the confirmation email from VOLKS Inc.)
Ordering Items
Customers with One-day Visitors Pass can place orders for items if you agree with and prepare for the following things.

  • ★You can use your Japanese address with tenso.com
  • ★You can make a full payment in advance for the item with the fee for One-day Visitors Pass and entrance fee for the event.
  • ★We cannot offer tax exemption.
  • ★Please note that each fee is covered by customers.
  • * Limited item is one per person.

FAQ

Q : Can I transfer a right to join the event to someone else?
A : You cannot transfer, sell, or borrow a right to join the event or an invitation to any other individuals.
Q : Cancellation (including the cancellation on the day of the event)
A : If you cancel your application after we receive your payment, the entrance fee will be taken as a cancellation fee and won't be refund to you.
And please note we cannot send you the Limited Items you ordered if you do not join the event. We will deduct the handling fee from the total amount of Limited items and refund the rest.
Q : Can I change the content of my application? (add or cancel the orders for Limited Items)
A : We are sorry, but we cannot accept any change.
Q : Can I have the Limited Items I ordered on the day of the event?
A : We are sorry but your orders will be sent to you at a later date. (scheduled to be sent around the end of May, 2017)
