Pre-order at VOLKS Showrooms in Japan, Tenshi-no-Sumika, Doll Point Akihabara, and Hobby Square® Kyoto is available.
* Pre-order and pick-ups cannot be made at Tenshi-no-Sato, Tenshi-no-Mado, or Akihabara Hobby Paradise.
Please note that on the first day of Pre-order period / October 12th (Sat), 2019, we will start accepting pre-orders in the afternoon (Please check the details below), because congestion is expected on that day as "DD Gathering 2019" "October New Outfit Collection 2019" will take place.

If you would like to place a pre-order, please fill out the special order form and ask the staff.
Pre-order can be made with down payment (10,000 JPY per doll / 3,000 JPY per outfit set) or full payment in advance.
You cannot change the amount of down payment after you place a pre-order.
If you pre-order with down payment, please pay the balance of the amount when you receive the product.
There is no limit to the numbers of pre-orders you can place.
Regardless of “Pre-order with down payment / Pre-order with full payment”, all VOLKS points will be added upon delivery.
Please be aware that we will not accept any cancellations for these items as they are made-to-order items, and your down payment will be kept as a cancellation fee in case you cancel your order.
You can choose from the following two ways to receive your order.
- Pick up at VOLKS store (the store you place a pre-order or other stores)
- Home delivery * Full payment only (shipping fee required)
Home delivery requires the shipping fee 1,000 JPY (without tax). If you order three or more Dollfie Dream®, additional shipping fee will be applied.
In case of pick-up at the store, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
In case of home delivery, we will ship by Sagawa Express.
Please note that the delivery schedule may change if the Pre-order quantity exceeds the initial production lot.

As a general rule, the delivery address cannot be changed.
If any changes, it is required to change the address from "My Page" on the VOLKS Website Store or contact VOLKS Kyoto Head office immediately.
