• In-store pre-orders will be accepted at VOLKS Showrooms, Tenshi-no-Sumika stores, Doll Point Akihabara and Hobby Square^® Kyoto.
• "Tenshi-no-Sato Kachu-an", "Tenshi-no-Mado Harajuku Omotesando", and "Akihabara Hobby Paradise" will not accept pre-orders or item pick-up requests. We appreciate your understanding.
• Please note that on the first day of Pre-order Period / October 28th (Sat), 2017, we will start accepting pre-orders in the afternoon (Please check the details below), because congestion is expected on that day as "DD Gathering 2017" "October New Outfit Collection" will take place.

  • VOLKS Showrooms, Tenshi-no-Sumika, Hobby Square^® Kyoto： October 28th (Sat) 1:00PM (JST)～
  • Doll Point Akihabara： October 28th (Sat) 3:00PM (JST)～
• Please fill out an application form and submit it to VOLKS staff to place a pre-order.
• A pre-order will be fulfilled by paying a down payment per a Dollfie Dream^® / 10,000 JPY (without tax) or pre-paying the full invoice amount.
• There is no limit to the numbers of pre-orders you can place.
• You may choose to pick up your order at the store where you place your pre-order, arrange to pick it up at another VOLKS store of your designation, or have it delivered to your home (shipping fee charged separately). The delivery to your home is only available when your order has been pre-paid in full.
• If you choose to have your order delivered to your home, the shipping fee will be 1,000 JPY (without tax). If you order three or more Dollfie Dream^®, additional shipping charges will be applied.
• VOLKS Points will be conferred when we receive your payment in full.
• Please be aware that we will not accept any cancellations for these items as they are made-to-order items, and your down payment will be kept as a cancellation fee in case you cancel your order.
• You cannot change the amount of down payment after you place a pre-order.
• DDS “Saber/Altria Pendragon” and DD “Ruler/Jeanne d'Arc” have different delivery schedule. DDS Altria will be shipped first followed by DD Jeanne. If you place pre-orders for the both and choose to have them delivered to your home, please choose one of the following options.
  • A. DDS Altria and DD Jeanne will be shipped separately (shipping fee will be charged twice).
  • B. DDS Altria will be shipped together with DD Jeanne at a later date (shipping fee will be charged just one time).
