Pre-order Procedures

As a memorable 10th DD Pre-order Project, "Fate/Grand Order × Dollfie Dream^®" has begun!
The Limited Dollfie Dream^® Pre-order Project, in which all the orders submitted during the Pre-order Period will be fulfilled, will progress according to the following schedule.
* VOLKS USA and DD Friend Shops may have different schedule. Please visit the official site of each store to check the details.

★All orders submitted during the pre-order period will be fulfilled. Once you submit your pre-order, your items are secured for purchase.

We regret to inform you that we have to split the deliveries which were initially scheduled to start on November 24th, 2018 into two groups, due to production issues.

【First Delivery】	Start on Saturday, November 24th, 2018 For customers who placed pre-orders from Saturday October 28th 2017 to Friday, November 17th, 2017. 　　 * If you chose to pick up your order at VOLKS Store, the store will contact you as soon as your order is ready. * If you chose to have your order delivered to your home, please note that it will take about 10 days for us to complete all the shipment.
【Second Delivery】	Start on Saturday, December 22nd, 2018 For customers who placed pre-orders from Saturday November 18th 2017 to Sunday, December 24th, 2017. 　 * If you chose to pick up your order at VOLKS Store, the store will contact you as soon as your order is ready. * If you chose to have your order delivered to your home, please note that it will take about 10 days for us to complete all the shipment.

* This delivery schedule also applies to those who placed pre-orders for both “Dollfie Dream^® Ruler/Jeanne d'Arc” and “Dollfie Dream^® Sister Saber/Altria Pendragon” and chose to have them delivered at the same time.
